Honduran producer Jesus Humerto Ochoa Molina has continued his family legacy and created an excellent allrounder. It is rich with caramel and malt undertones with enough fruit acidity to liven it up and cut through milk. The sweetness, like brown sugar, carries through to the end with cocoa and hazelnut characters. This is great brewed in a variety of methods and at anytime of day.
Jesus took over the family farm and has made improvements in growing and processing to achieve excellent results. He avoids using herbicides and believes fertilising as regularly as he does has contributed to his success along with being very selective in picking and sorting. It is exciting to see where he takes the family business with his eagerness and commitment to quality.
